As a sole trader, Spanish law requires the operator's tax ID (which equals the personal national ID) to be displayed. If the business is later incorporated (e.g. as an S.L.), the CIF and registry details (commercial registry, volume, folio, sheet) must replace these.
2. Service purpose
The City Mesh is an e-commerce platform for digital services allowing Creators to publish 3D hexagonal cities and Sponsors to purchase hexes branded with their name and logo.
These services are neither donations nor capital-raising activities under Spanish Law 5/2015, but the sale of digital services subject to VAT and to consumer-protection / e-commerce rules.
3. Terms of use
Access to and use of the site implies full acceptance of the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All site contents, source code, city-generation algorithms, design, text, images, marks and logos, are owned by Sergi Cañas Galindo or his licensors and are protected under Spanish and international IP law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, reverse engineering or any other form of exploitation is forbidden without express written authorisation. 5. Payments and invoicing
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). The operator never stores full card data. VAT is calculated and collected automatically by Stripe Tax, and an invoice is issued to the Sponsor in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 1619/2012 on invoicing obligations.
6. Liability
The operator exercises reasonable oversight of user-published content but does not warrant the legality, accuracy or quality of projects published by Creators. Pursuant to Articles 13 to 17 of the LSSI-CE, the operator will promptly take down any unlawful content upon actual knowledge. Takedown requests: info@thecitymesh.com.
7. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party websites. The operator is not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of those sites.
8. Online dispute resolution
Under Article 14(1) of EU Regulation 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the Courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to the consumer rights of Article 90.2 of Spanish RDLeg. 1/2007.
